3. Third party data processing

In the event that the clients provide data of third parties, they are responsible and manifest to have the consent of the same and undertake to transfer to the interested parties, owners of said data, the information contained in this Privacy Policy, exempting Prinsotel of any responsibility in this regard. 5. Conservation of data
The personal data provided will be kept during the contractual relationship with our customers, as well as during the time necessary for the fulfillment of the aforementioned purposes or any applicable legal obligations.
